WHAT IS A "PHONE-FREE SHOW?" No phones allowed in the performance space. An unplugged, real life experience. HOW DOES IT WORK? Upon arrival at the venue, staff will be available to help you put your phone in a lockable pouch which you keep throughout the night. WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND NEED TO ACCESS MY PHONE? You can unlock your phone from the pouch at any time by going to the clearly-marked Phone Use Areas located in the lobby or the concourse. WHAT ABOUT CASHLESS BARS OR MERCH? We highly recommend bringing a physical credit card just in case you can't access your phone at the bar or merch area. WHAT IF I WANT TO POST ON MY SOCIALS? We can help with that. Our tour photographer will post live photos and videos after every show at jackwhiteiii.com and on Instagram @officialjackwhite. Download content from the site or repost from Jack's IG. Jack White Event Policies

BEFORE THE SHOW: Go to Ticketmaster.com or log into the Ticketmaster App on your mobile device to create an account or refresh your existing Ticketmaster account for quicker entry. You can also add your ticket(s) to your mobile phone's wallet. Be sure your mobile phone has a fully charged battery.

ARRIVAL: Arrive early to avoid traffic delays.

AMENITIES: Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue.

CLEAR BAG POLICY & PROHIBITED ITEMS: Pinewood Bowl Theater is a clear bag policy venue. Only clear bags and small clutch-sized purses are allowed at entry. Read more about our clear bag policy and prohibited items. 

CAMERAS: Cell phone photos are permitted. No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses. No audio or video allowed.

PARKING: Attendees can park during public park hours from 6AM to 11PM.

NO RE-ENTRY: For your safety, once a person exits Pinewood Bowl Theater, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

IMPORTANT:  Plans are subject to change pending directives from the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Departments. If you do not feel well, if you have a fever or if you have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, do not attend the event.

Mobile Delivery Only

This is a mobile delivery-only event. Your mobile phone is your ticket. Your tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you. Mobile tickets will be sent to patrons 48 hours (2 days) before the event. To access your ticket(s), download the Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster.com on your mobile phone, log in to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your tickets, tap and show at the entrance into the event. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you’re in!

MOBILE ENTRY IS EASY: We recommend viewing your mobile entry tickets prior to arriving at your event. The Ticketmaster App will save your ticket(s) and will allow you to view them in the event, even if you lose internet access. If you're using the Ticketmaster mobile internet site instead of the Ticketmaster App, you will also be given the option to save your tickets if viewed prior to losing internet connection.

This Event Will Be a Phone-Free Experience

Use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. All pouches and equipment will be sanitized prior to individual use. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free experience.
