Clear Bag Policy

One of the following bags is permitted:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”.
• Small clutch purse or wallet 4.5” x 6.5” (about the size of a hand) or smaller, with or without a handle or strap. This can also be taken into the venue inside one of the clear bags.
• One clear gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).

Additionally, one of these items is permitted:

• Binoculars without case
• Infant feeding supplies

Bags will be inspected prior to entry. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Patrons may bring in one clear, soft-sided plastic/disposable water bottle (sealed or empty) up to 24 oz per person. Hard-sided or rigid plastic bottles are not permitted and are part of our prohibited items list. Soft-sided bottles include disposable single-use bottles or flexible plastic bottles. A water refill station is available inside the venue.

The following items are prohibited. If any of these items are revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return to their vehicle with the item. Pinewood Bowl Theater does not safeguard any personal belongings of any type.

• Bags, backpacks, mesh bags, partially translucent bags, or large purses. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
• Aerosol sunscreen or bug spray
• Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
• Animals (Service animals are welcome)
• Apparel with explicit wording or graphics
• Athletic balls such as basketballs, footballs, tennis balls
• Audio/Video recorders (such as GoPros or smart glasses), professional cameras, or tripods
• Balloons
• Blankets
• Cans, glass bottles, bottles, coolers & picnic baskets or other similar containers
• Chains including wallet chains, decorative chains, or any chain that hangs or can be wrapped around the hand
• Fireworks
• Flags or signs with poles
• Frisbees
• Glow Items (sticks, necklaces, bracelets, etc.)
• Laser pens/pointers of any type
• Lawn chairs and blankets
• Masks (non-medical masks that cover the face) 
• Musical instruments
• Noisemakers such as air horns
• Outside food and beverage
• Roller skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles
• Seat cushions
• Selfie sticks
• Signs larger than 8.5″ x 11″
• Spiked jewelry
• Strollers
• Tablets, iPads, or computers
• Umbrellas
• Weapons including pocket knives, tasers, firearms, spiked jewelry, mace/pepper spray, and personal defense items (These items will be confiscated and not returned)
