For general admission events, there will be no assigned seating, and Pinewood Bowl will be open without seats on the lawn of the bowl. Pinewood Bowl Theater events are mobile ticket delivery only. Your mobile phone is your ticket, and physical tickets will not be issued.
There are multiple ways to purchase tickets for Pinewood Bowl Theater events:
- Ticketmaster.com or the Official Ticketmaster app. Tickets are subject to additional fees.
- Tickets can be purchased at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11AM-6PM. Additional fees may apply to purchases at the Ticket Office. Please note that fees for purchases at the Ticket Office are lower than those for online purchases.

Mobile Entry Is Easy: We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry tickets before arriving at your event. Premium packages are available for most concerts. Here’s what is typically included:

All shows are rain or shine. We actively monitor the weather on event days and we take the safety of our guests, staff, and working personnel very seriously. If the weather becomes a risk, best efforts will be made to communicate and provide guests the opportunity to adapt or take cover as they see fit. Ponchos, rain coats, and trash bags are allowed; however, umbrellas and tarps are prohibited. Camera policies can vary according to each concert. Non-professional cameras are generally allowed. This is a show-specific policy as determined by the artist; please visit the individual event page for more information. Audio and video recording equipment is not allowed.
You’re welcome to have a picnic in the parking areas before an event. However, no alcohol is allowed in parking areas. Please respect the rights of others and always clean up after your activity to keep Pioneers Park beautiful.
For the safety of our patrons, once a person exits Pinewood Bowl Theater, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
Attendees to concerts can enter Pioneers Park & use lot during public park hours from 6AM to 11PM. Please use the West Van Dorn Street entrance.
Parking & DirectionsClearly identified rideshare vehicles may enter Pioneers Park through the 3201 S Coddington east gate. A parking attendant will be stationed at the Buffalo Circle to direct traffic. Passengers will then be dropped off at the triangular intersection east of Pinewood Bowl, and the rideshare vehicle will loop around the triangle and exit through the east gate. This will alleviate the long wait to enter the park from the north.
After the show, the rideshare pickup location will be the same as the dropoff location east of Pinewood Bowl. Rideshare drivers will pick up passengers by arriving from and exiting through the east gate on Coddington Avenue.
Attendees can indicate to the parking attendants upon arrival at the West Van Dorn Street entrance they will require handicapped parking. Parking attendants will then direct attendees to the area reserved for handicapped parking patrons.
Yes, there is a section designated for those that require accessible seating. For accessible needs seating accommodations, please email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com no less than two weeks prior to an event.
